The Symposium
The UA Library Student Organization (LSO) at the School of Information Resources and Library Science invites you to attend the third annual SIRLS Graduate Student Symposium Change and Opportunities: Libraries in the New Millennium to be held Saturday, November 10, 2007. A summary of last year's presentation topics can be viewed at: http://www.sir.arizona.edu/lso/archives/symposium06/index.htm.
This third symposium promises to be an inspiring forum in which graduate students in SIRLS can share their experiences and visions of the field. Similar to professional conferences, the symposium is an opportunity for students to present their scholarly work to peers, SIRLS faculty and the broader library community.
We welcome both students and those interested in attending to explore the symposium website. Please feel free to advertise this event by linking this page to your own website or posting symposium information on your listservs.
